Can I update the website myself?
Yes, for the content and features agreed for your build, through a protected admin area. Changes beyond that scope can be quoted.
Where is the website hosted?
On a security-hardened Digital Ocean server that we set up for you. Hosting costs are identified in the quotation.
What does ongoing maintenance include?
That is agreed with you. Updates, backups, monitoring, recovery and support are defined in your plan.
What does it cost?
The build and the ongoing care are quoted separately, and the quotation names any domain, hosting or other third-party fees.
Can I reach the admin area from anywhere?
Admin access is restricted to approved networks as well as authorised accounts. If you work from different places, we agree how that is handled during setup.
I already have a domain or a website. Can you use them?
Often, yes. Tell us what you have, and we will explain the options in the quotation.
Can the website connect to other systems later?
Possibly. Integrations are scoped separately, so they can be added when you need them.
